Research Themes
- Coding theory: deletion-correcting codes, burst/localized deletion correction, synchronization errors, and reconstruction problems.
- Combinatorics and algebra: combinatorial constructions, algebraic methods, splitter sets, finite-field techniques, and sequence design.
- DNA-based data storage: codes and reconstruction models for DNA storage and sequencing-related channels.
